    小满时节,万物繁茂,生长最旺盛,人体的生理活动也处于最旺盛的时期,消耗的营养物质为四季二十四节气中最多,所以,应及时适当补充,才能使身体五脏 六腑不受损伤。此节气的汤品也十分重要,宜绿豆芽蛤蜊汤、苦瓜木棉花牛肉汤、淮山赤小豆节瓜猪月展汤、荠菜生姜鱼头汤、胡椒粒老鸡猪肚汤、西洋参红枣生鱼 汤,千斤拔鸡脚汤等,这些汤品具清热、养阴、祛湿、暖胃、温补等功效。
